A&S Companies founded in 2015, below is a timeline of the work did.
2015
• Started a transport company with 1 bakkie which later grew to 2 bakkies and 2 trucks. We supplied local hardwares and customers in the Kuils River and Khayelitsha with sand, stone, and rubble removal.
• Later in the year a grass and plot clearing company were created which specialised in grass cutting, tree felling and general gardening services. Monthly grass and plot clearing services were provided to companies such as WatchProp (Summerville Heights), Nation Housing (Parklands and Blue Downs) and Black’s Investment (Summerville).

2016
• Started a maintenance company. Built boundary walls in Summerville Heights for Watch Prop and General Maintenance in the Summerville Heights Estate.
• Through referrals from residents in the Summerville Area we manage to do a project in Cape Gate area, and at the same time in Belhar.
• We did many maintenance and renovations jobs mostly in the Kuils River and nearby surrounding areas with our team consisting of 6 staff members.

2017- 2019
• The company continued with maintaining Summerville Heights for Watch prop, and also doing general building work for Clients in different areas, our staff members grew from 6 to 12 people, and some subcontractors as well.

2020-2022
• We started with our first Big Demolishing and building Project in Maitland, Its Demolishing of 2 big houses, and the building of 25-unit block of flats.
• At the same time, we managed to build a double storey house in Elfindale and another house in Eersteriver.
• We have grown well, and now offering job opportunities to 12 staff members and at least 6 subcontractors with their staff.
